Booking Policy

The booking conditions for our yurts are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests. We kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

 

  1. Payment: All bookings must be paid in full 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards or bank transfers. To secure your reservation, please ensure that the payment is settled within the specified timeframe.

 

  1. Advance Booking: To better accommodate your needs, we recommend registering your booking at least 2 weeks before your intended arrival date. This allows our team ample time to prepare your yurt tent and make any necessary arrangements to guarantee a pleasant experience during your stay.

 

  1. Deposit: At this time we are not accepting deposits all booking must be paid in full when making the reservation. We are adding “Affirm credit” to our check out. You have the option to use this as a way to finance your stay at a rate that you choose. We have used Affirm ourselves in the past and have had good results. Again if you find that you cannot make it as long as your booking is cancelled before 7 days prior the same refund policy applies for the Affirm.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to be eligible for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date may incur a cancellation fee.

 

  1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is the wednesday that evening at the Winnimucca Inn where we will all meet for our meet and greet. From there the next morning after breakfast is our excursion, while check-out time on Sunday is at 12:00 PM. We kindly request that you adhere to these timings to allow us to efficiently prepare the yurt for the next guest.

 

  1. Pets and Smoking: As a consideration for the comfort of all our guests, we have a strict no smoking policy within the yurts. Pets are not allowed at this time.

 

  1. Pack in and pack out: This is remote primitive camping, and all guests are encouraged to adhere to the basic pack in and pack out policy for primitive camping. Please leave your yurt tent in the same condition you found it.
